jmc had much to celebrate in 2019. We updated our website, debuted a new weekly webinar schedule, and had a blast with friends, clients, and colleagues at our annual summer conference.
As we move forward with plans for 2020, we asked our team members and clients to share their favorite jmc innovations from 2019.

“I've incorporated the Message Center into my workflow to make calls to parents of absent students. This one addition has saved me so much time and frustration. It’s also improved absence reporting by parents—they get that call, and they call back, usually with an apology. It’s an easy reminder for them, and it frees up the time I spent dialing, waiting for an answer, and leaving a message.”
