With Minnesota’s Give to the Max Day and US Thanksgiving just behind us, we’re thinking about the importance of supporting our communities.

jmc believes in giving back to the places where we live and work. Many companies are just coming around to the idea of corporate social responsibility, but that community-minded outlook has been part of our workplace culture for years.

During the months of October and November, we gave employees four hours of paid time off to volunteer at the organization of their choice, or for a neighbor in need. We asked them to share a photo and how they dedicated their time, and they didn’t disappoint!

From volunteering with the Food Bank of Iowa to helping our local community and schools, our employees helped make sure families and individuals in their community had a little extra joy this holiday season.

Thank you for all you do to make the world a better place!

This holiday season, if you feel called to, think about how you might give yourself. Whether you’re volunteering your time, money, or talents, the causes you support will thank you!

Happy Holidays.
