In this part-time role (approximately 10–15 hours per month), you’ll serve as the main point of contact for schools in your assigned area, building strong relationships and ensuring each district gets the attention and follow-up they need to make the most of their jmc experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in education or similar real-world experience.
- 3–5+ years working in education is preferred.
- Experience with jmc is a definite plus!
- Someone who’s comfortable working independently, staying organized, and adapting as needs change.
- Clear, friendly communication skills — written, verbal, and in working with others.
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms, plus Keynote experience is helpful.
- Weekday availability between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM during the school year, with additional flexibility to support schools during the summer months.
Responsibilities
- Connect with current jmc users to listen to their questions and concerns, helping them discover how jmc can make their daily work easier and more efficient.
- Educate and support users on all things jmc, from features and best practices to new updates and tools.
- Build relationships with prospective schools, sharing jmc’s culture, values, and commitment to helping educators succeed.
- Provide feedback and insights that help shape future software enhancements based on real-world school experiences.
- Attend regional trainings, on-site sessions, school conferences, and trade shows to represent and support the jmc team.
- Document and maintain accurate records of school interactions, site visit notes, and follow-up actions to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
Core Activities
- Site Visits: Meet with jmc schools in person to offer hands-on support, share updates, and strengthen relationships.
- Check-in Calls: Connect with schools by phone to see how things are going, answer questions, and provide helpful tips and updates.
- Drop-Ins: Stop by non-jmc schools to introduce them to jmc, share program information, and build new connections.

This position is remote (jmc, Inc. is based in Lake City, Minnesota).
