The Position: We’re looking for one full-time support to training specialist.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in education.
- Experience in e-learning technology, virtual classroom training, online course offerings and hosted training solutions.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment with the experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with clients, vendors, staff, and internal business partners.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Keynote, is helpful.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Provide level one support for all IT support requests.
- Create resources and training materials as needed.
- Follow call handling guidelines, escalation procedures, and company policies for both tech support and training.
- Demonstrate a positive, professional, patient demeanor when communicating with clients.
- Continually build and grow client relationships.
- Conduct software testing, analyze the results and submit observations to the development team.
- Assist training manager with various jmc events in all stages from planning through execution.
- Plan and execute on-site training in assigned territory.
- Coordinate and execute on-boarding of new clients.
- Host webinars and participate in training videos throughout the calendar year.
- Facilitate remote one-on-one training sessions.
- Continually train clients on how to use the jmc program.
Location: jmc Inc. is based in Lake City, Minnesota. This position allows for the opportunity to work from home.
