JMC prides itself on keeping up-to-date on all MARSS reporting requirements. The MARSS module is Gold Certified for the state of Minnesota and handles all MARSS, STAR, Perkins, and Graduation Standards reporting. The MARSS module works with the Attendance module to limit dual entry. Most importantly, before you upload your files to the Department of Education the MARSS module runs an error report for you. This means you can correct nearly all mistakes before uploading your files.
2011-2012 MCCC Update - Posted June 17th, 2013.
This section contains resources to guide you through your 2011-2012 MCCC submission. The reporting window is now open. The Minnesota Department of Education is requiring all K-12 buildings to report on the Minesota Common Course Catalog (MCCC). If you are a K-8 building with no course/grading information in JMC for the 2-11-2012 school year you should contact Cheryl Ostrom at the Minnesota Department of Education.

1. Update -All 2011-2012 JMC software has been updated to allow for the creation of all MCCC exports for the 2011-2012 school year. You will need to have a build date of 042213 or newer to see the necessary updates. Check with your technology professional if you need to update your program.
2. MCCC Flow Chart - This flow chart gives you a pictoral explanation of the order of completion for MCCC files. Click here to download.
3. MCCC 2011-2012 Checklist - This checklist is a one page overview of what needs to happen to complete your MCCC reporting for 2011-2012. Every school should use this document. Click here to download.
4. Instructional Videos - The instructional video below can guide you through working with your course data in JMC and creating your files for upload. This video is an overview showing you how to enter in course data for the MCCC Course index submission, MCCC Staff submission, and MCCC Sudent submission.

2010-2011 MCCC Update - Posted April 17th, 2013.
The 2010-2011 reporting window is now closed. We will be posting new resources for K-12 2011-2012 MCCC reporting in the next few weeks. Please check back in late May.
JMC prides itself on keeping up-to-date on all WSLS/ISES reporting requirements. The WSLS/ISES module handles all ISES updates. The WSLS/ISES module works with the Attendance module to limit dual entry. JMC ties all of the necessary data together in the JMC database so you can more easily fulfill your state reporting requirements.

CWCS Update Posted February 13th, 2012
A new update has been released on 02/09/12. This update makes new fields available including WSLS School, Equivalency, World Language, Academic Service Learning, Classroom Type, Dual Enrollment Credit, Bilingual ESL, Distance Education, Virtual Online Education, Project Based Learning, Part Time Open Enrollment District, Teacher Role, and additional teachers per section.
To utilize these new fields you must update your office program to a build date of 020912. Also, it is recommended that you download the updated WI WSLS/ISES comprehensive documentation. Appendix C covers the new fields. Click here to download.
To complete your CWCS requirements please use the following resources.
1. Download and review the CWCS documentation. You have two choices:
- The CWCS instructional documentation. This document has only instructions for the CWCS submission. (This document is also part of the larger Wisconsin WSLS/ISES documentation listed below). Click here to download.
- The Wisconsin WSLS/ISES comprehensive documentation contains all aspects of Wisconsin State Reporting including the CWCS documentation listed as appendices 1 and 2. Click here to download.
2. Watch the "WI CWCS Instruction" instructional video. This instructional video will show you the steps that are explained in the documents from step 1. It is highly recommended that you download the documentation and have it with you while you watch the instructional video. Click here to watch this instructional video.
3. If courses need to be scheduled for your students and you have never scheduled students before please refer to the following.
Please note: Our assumption is that all WI high schools (grades 9-12) already have a schedule in place for their students. The resources below are for students in grades K3-8. If you need assistance with high school scheduling please contact JMC.

Elementary/Middle schools who have primarily self-contained classes can use the following resources:

JMC prides itself on keeping up-to-date on all EASIER reporting requirements. The EASIER Module is re-certified each summer. The EASIER module works with the Attendance module to limit dual entry. Most importantly, before you upload your files to the Department of Education the EASIER module runs an error report for you. This means you can correct nearly all mistakes before uploading your files.

E-Transcripts
E-Transcripts are not reported with project EASIER but are utilized by all Iowa high schools. We have a short instructional video which will show you how to work with E-Transcripts. Click here to view this instructional video.
Many states allow you to submit data from an Excel spread sheet. Using JMC’s Lists querying capabilities you may be able to export data from your JMC database in order to populate the Excel spreadsheet and get the process started.
