Import Enrollment History from a Prior Year

This option has been updated to handle the importing of enrollment history from the latest version that was put into use during the 08-09 school year. Also, more entry and withdrawal codes are preserved during this process.

The options for printing transcripts have been modified in order to allow for the inclusion of transcript records that affect cumulative GPA or grad credit that were taken at a grade level that is lower than the specified grade level cutoff, e.g. 8th grade Algebra.
