Several new Title I checkboxes were added to the Flags tab pabel of the Edit Student Data screen. The NSSRS Export option now includes an option to create the Title I template, which includes students that have at least one Title I checkbox checked.

Programs Fact list & template

Users may now create/modify/delete Programs Fact records for students by utilizing the list and related items on the State Reporting tab of the Edit Student Data screen. The NSSRS Export option now includes an option to create the Programs Fact template, allowing the user to specify which types (Career Education, Early Childhood Education, Homeless, Rule 18) of Programs Fact to include each time.

High School Completers will now be handled within the Enrollment template. Students that have been assiged a graduation date on the Edit Student Data screen will automatically have an Enrollment record with an enrollment code of "203" or "Completer: Diploma" generated in the School Enrollment template.

This report allows you to run a Grade Report based upon current grades in the GradeBooks WITHOUT needing teachers to perform a Teacher To Office option. The report will tap into the most recently-posted current grades for students. Use this for Eligibility checking and others.

Progress Reports by Schedule

When using module=homeroom for the Online Homeroom Access, staff could always check Progress Reports for advisees. Now they can also check Progress Reports for any students in the staff member's classes, regardless of advisor. Use this also for Special Ed. staff requiring access to certain students: create the Special Ed. staff member as a teacher and place all Special Ed. students into a class "taught" by that staff member.
