
As new features become available for the JMC IP GradeBook, updates to the software will be posted on our web site. To determine whether you may want to update your IP GradeBook, locate the build date for your software (main screen of program) and then check below to see if a newer build is available and, if so, what new features are available in the newer build.
If a newer build is available and you wish to download the update, click on the correct link on the software download page to begin the download process.

Contact Info Button |
The Contact Info button (small blue "i") on the Edit Scores screen was broken in the MacOS release 061407.
Version 071607 for MacOS fixes the issue. The Windows version was NOT affected so there is no need to update Windows IP GradeBooks to this version. |

Resizable Window |
The Edit Scores screen is now resizable. Simply drag the bottom-right corner of the window to enlarge
the window to accommodate more rows and columns. |

Import Scores from Prior Section |
If a student transfers from one section of a course to another, the GradeBook can now automatically transfer those
scores to the new section. Simply select the student name in the new section and use the OPTIONS menu - Import Scores From Prior Section. |

Inactive Students |
An inactive student will now remain on the Edit Scores screen after the student moves out of a class.
The student's scores will remain visible (dimmed) for the entire year for reference purposes. |
