The 051409 Update has been posted for the Office Program in the 08-09 and 09-10 versions. Please review the list of features that have been updated below. 1. Transcripts - A new printing option has been added to Grades: Transcripts: Print Transcripts. The new option allows you to "Print Transcript Records Beginning with Grade 9 AND earlier records that count in GCR or GPA." In essence if you allow 8th grade students to take high school courses where they can earn HS credit, those courses will appear on that student's Transcript. 2. Printing Home Phone Numbers - Reports that historically displayed the home phone number, such as Period Attendance: Reports: Day, will now print a cell phone number if no home number is listed for the primary contact. 3. Links to JMC web site and JMC Technical Support - If you are looking to access the JMC web site or send a message to JMC Technical Support you can now go under the Help Menu in the Office program and choose the site you would like to visit. After choosing the site your web browser will open and display the chosen page. 4. Student Lists - Attendance: Student: Lists now has the option of printing multiple Test Score types in the same report. Also, a Student Lists instructional video will be released this summer. 5. Iowa Project Easier - The new Race/Ethnicity choices have been added under the "State Report" tab on the Edit Student Data screen. |

| 2. Getting Ready for the 09-10 School Year | |||||
The "Getting Ready for 09-10" form to complete in preparation for the 2009 -2010 school year is now available. It can be downloaded from our web site or directly at: This document must be completed before we can prepare your 09-10 database. If you send your files to JMC for the move-up but do not send in this document, your data will not be moved up. You can fax or mail this sheet as in the past. The JMC fax number is: 651.345.2215 |

| 3. Support Ticket System - eTicket | |||||
Our goal at JMC is unsurpassed technical support. We are continually looking for ways to offer better support to our customers. In addition to emailing tech support you can now send us a message from our web site. This message will then have a ticket number attached to it. You can use this ticket number to track the progress and resolution of your issue. Please use this new tool to get your questions answered.
